• Universal Use – dragON smoke oven automation is suitable for wooden, metal, and stone smokehouses with a wall thickness of 1.5-15 cm.

• Transform a regular smoker into a multi-functional one – By adding a dragON Jet series smoke generator to the dragON smoke oven automation, you can hot or cold smoke, dry products, warm them, or bake them.

Recommended temperatures:
Drying (without smoke): ~60°C
Cold smoking: ~16-25°C
Hot smoking: ~55-65°C
Baking: ~70-85°C

Note: These temperatures are approximate and may vary for different raw ingredients. Choose precise temperatures based on the food safety requirements of the raw material used.

• Ideal heat distribution – The thermo-circulation heater ideally distributes heat throughout the smokehouse, making the smoking process faster, more comfortable, and more efficient.

• Convenient and precise process control – With the Wi-Fi controller and the Browin Control (Android/iOS) app, you can conveniently monitor and control all processes without being present at the smoke oven.

If you prefer classic control without Wi-Fi, all processes can also be set up from the controller located on the smoke oven itself. Therefore, Wi-Fi is not mandatory.

• Safety – The controller module monitors the smokehouse's operation using a thermostat, which cuts off power in a dangerous situation (at temperatures above 110°C).

• High quality – The modules are designed and manufactured in a way that ensures their reliability and durability during long-term and intensive use.

Note: Operating the smokehouse without thermo-circulation at maximum temperature (90°C) is allowed for no longer than 4 hours.

• Easy installation – If your smoke oven is compatible with dragON modules, you can install oven automation without problems by following the instructions.
